I know that I repeat myself pretty much daily and I'm definetly a broken record BUT our lives are hanging in the balance so in case I believe it's worth repeating that our lives literally depends on us to quit and stay quit, if anyone asked me if quitting smoking was easy? I'll be saying HELL NO!!!! BUT if anyone asked me if quitting smoking was worth it ? I'll be saying HELL YES!!!! You have to stop and think about how many decades you smoked then it only stands to reason that you have to go through all of the ups and downs of withdrawals and whatever else to get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the cancer sticks and it's absolutely Doable and definitely difficult by any stretch of the imagination but boy anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for your health family and friends but especially your life which is the gift of LIFE and I consider smoking the ONE GIFT that keeps on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year after year and it starts with Day ONE which can and will turn into DAY WON with many more to come which can and will turn into a life of Freedom BUT you must believe in yourself and be willing determined and totally committed to succeed and you can and will be successful and as Dale says keep them away from your face and the only way out is through but boy oh boy it's so worth it to be Free so hang on tight and don't let go because you can get through the rough patches and relearn life without the smokes and I can tell you that Life is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand so chin up and keep stacking your precious Days of Freedom so each evening you can look yourself in the mirror and smile and say yay for another Day WON ....
