I'm one of those smokers that half heartedly tried to quit at least a half dozen times until the scare of being told that I have mild copd that's when I decided to bite the bullet and stopped playing Russian Roulette with my life because I finally figured out that I'm not invincible that I could end up on oxygen 7/24 or worse die a slow painful death that's most likely smoking related so for me after 40 yrs of smoking of at least 30 smokes a day my health was the wake up call I needed to quit smoking because if I didn't take my life back from the clutches of the nicotine poison, nobody else could do it for me as difficult as quitting can be it's much easier than the alternative of continuing to smoke knowing the possible consequences that could happen we all know that smoking kills and it doesn't matter who you are or where you live or how old you are our lives literally depends on us to quit so I decided I'd better to bite the bullet and quit on this side of the grass, was it easy? HELL NO!!!! BUT was it worth it? HELL YES!!! If You're struggling please know that as long as You are willing to keep moving forward and are totally committed to succeed then you can and will be successful one precious Smokefree Day at a time or hour minute or even a second at a time but you must believe it and stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance and we're all here to help you in any way we can .....
