I know that I sound like a a broken record but I want everyone to live a life of Freedom because S.I.N.A.O-- Smoking Is Not An Option anymore, I always want to remember and - N.E.F. - Never Ever Forget - those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because I'm never going to back to Day ONE only Days WON and I want that for everyone but unfortunately it's an individual's choice and everyone has to make the decision to quit smoking for themselves and I pray that it's made on this side of the grass while there's still lot's of LIFE to Enjoy, I'm hoping my daughter, Mason's mom and his Dad too will quit soon but unfortunately I can't do anything about it EXcept to continue stacking up my precious days of Freedom and showing them that quitting smoking Is Doable and staying quit is also Doable.....
