Once we make the decision to quit smoking then we must stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance because S.I.N.A.O Smoking Is Not An Option anymore, life happens whether we smoke or not and choosing Not to Smoke during stress and anxiety can be difficult to say the least but having the right mindset and the perservence to plow through the rough patches is doable and a must in order to look ourselves in the mirror each evening smiling saying YAY for another Day WON,  my 14 1/2 year old Samantha Digger Jane Hartley is showing her age and it's breaking our hearts Mark and I are watching her closely to be sure that she's not in pain we're hoping she'll just go to sleep but if she gets to the point of pain and discomfort I'll be taking her to the Vet, I'm having a hard time writing this, we've had her since she was 6 wks old  her birthday is October 11th, here's a pic at roughly 6 wks and here's one I just took now, as heartbreaking as this is I won't be smoking over this or anything else because I don't do that anymore, my life, your life, all of our lives literally depends on us to quit and stay quit so I'm off to see Mason in a concert with my daughter and she smokes but I'll be keeping them away from my face and I pray my Sam will be OK until I get back, I'm only planning on staying long enough to see Mason.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
