Share your quitting journey
We're having a planned power outage for my region for some reason I've known about it for about a week but here I am on line saying good morning and wanting everyone to be smokefree because as difficult as quitting can be it's also very Doable and so very worth it to be able to go anywhere, anytime, whenever, wherever and however without worrying about where to sneak off to suck on a cancer stick, hang on tight and don't let go of the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE! I may not be around for a couple of days but I will be Smokefree and I Expect to be back on line Tuesday afternoon sometime but I'll still be around for the nEXt couple of hours enjoying being on line with Solar power, our well is 110 ft deep but we can flush the flush which is super fantastic and I can get on site with all of you my friends and Fellow Exers, you're all my EXtended family so while I'm away as Dale says keep them away from your face and the only way out is through! And I say Boy oh Boy it's so worth all of the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep because once you do get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes it's an absolutely wonderful feeling. and then you'll be able to really start reaping the benefits of being an EXer because life is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand.
