Quitting smoking Is the wisest decision that anyone of us will ever make in our lifetime by quitting we're giving ourselves the gift of LIFE and I consider it a gift that keeps on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year but we all have to plow through the rough patches first, believe me when I say I had horrendous cravings and withdrawals plus moodswings and lack of sleep but I was determined that no matter what I was going to succeed and by hanging out in this community and reading everything I could about quitting smoking which really  helped get me through the roller coaster ups and downs, it's so worth it to be Free, give yourself 3 months actually make it 4 months because after 30, 40 or 50 yrs of smoking, it only stands to reason that you have to relearn life without the smokes but with the right Mindset we can do just about anything We put our minds to and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do, make the choice to stick with N.O.P.E. - Not One Puff Ever and vigilance because S.I.N.A.O Smoking Is Not An Option....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
