There's definetly Life after Cigarettes, it's takes willingness, determination and it takes total commitment and perseverance but it's so worth it to be Free so hang tough because each evening you can look yourself in the mirror and smile and say yay for another Day WON and remember that anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for your health, family but most importantly your LIFE!
