Share your quitting journey
Quitting smoking Is the wisest decision that anyone of us will ever do for ourselves and I consider quitting to be a gift that keeps on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year and it's choice that we all have to make at some point and I wanted to make it while I was still on this side of the grass or if you're in a snowbelt like me on this of the snowbanks but seriously we all know that smoking kills and it doesn't matter who you are or how old you are or what background you're from smoking kills and ending up on oxygen 7/24 or worse a Dr. Saying sorry but you waited too long to quit so go home and get your affairs in order that thought crossed my mind when I first found out that I have mild copd so I wised up and within six weeks I started my quit journey after 40 yrs of smoking, it's definetly difficult to say the least but dying a slow painful death that's most likely smoking related would be the worst if you haven't already quit, now is the time and if you have quit hang on tight because we're all here to help you through any rough patches that you May come upon, you can do this believe it and stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever - because it's key to a lifetime of Freedom.
