I'm having an off day but that's life!

Once we've been quit awhile we can have off days and weeks but at least when it comes to me and my quit I'm thankful that I don't want or need a smoke because I am Free and I know that if I did smoke one I'd be chain smoking plus I know that I'd be coughing, choking and nearly horking up a lung or possibly even both because I haven't had a smoke anywhere near my face for 1,305 glorious Days and I will N.E.F - Never Ever Forget how tough it was in those early weeks  I'm so thankful that I wised up, if anyone reading this is struggling with your quit please know that you can get through the rough patches but you must believe it and stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance and with some time under your belt you'll begin to realize just how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes so chin up and keep stacking up your precious DOF so each evening you can look yourself in the mirror and smile and say yay for another Day WON and remember that anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking is definetly worth it. I've been awake since 5:30 and got up at 6 o'clock in a fowl mood and did a bunch of shoveling after the plow guy left, I got an appointment this afternoon ugh I'm ready for Spring   now but I know it's going to be another 9 or 10 wks but hey my friends and Fellow Exers at least smoking isn't even a blimp on my Radar anymore, yay for Smokefree living....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
