We must believe in ourselves and be willing, determined and totally committed to succeed and then we must persevere through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and know that we can get through the rough patches and relearn life without the crutch of cigarettes, once we stop and think about how many decades upon decades that we smoked then it only stands to reason that it's it's going to take time to get to get that good place in our quits and I can tell you from EXperience that it's super fantastic when you get there so hang tough because there's definetly Life after Cigarettes but you must believe it and stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance and if you've been quit awhile N.E.F - Never Ever Forget - those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because none of us wants another Day ONE because that would suck big time but another Day WON is awesome, as Dale says keep them away from your face....
