It's been hectic here the last couple of days and hubby had an appointment yesterday to get some teeth pulled and partial plates put in it's only a 40 minute drive from here and even though schools were cancelled and quite a few places didn't open the dentist office was open, schools are cancelled again today but Mark went to work I worried yesterday but he got there and got back and everything went well but super expensive that's for sure but he had to have them and he sure deserves them, anyway I'm rambling. We had roughly 7 inches of snow down when he left before the mixed bag of weather came in so I shoveled the steps off cleaned the car off then the plow truck came so I payed him and went back out and shoveled the front of the garage and the back steps so I was really tired, I was talking to someone yesterday that's relapsed quite some time ago so I'm not sure where my brain was last night but I believe this is only my third smokemare and the other two I had a Cigarette in one hand and a drink in the other hand I'm a recovering alcoholic for almost 7 yrs now so that was a double Whammy. I woke up about 1 am last night even though I've never met Kathy (Strudel ) and Nancy ( YoungAtHeart ) in person they were in my Smokemare I actually lit a cigarette I have no clue where it came from but I took a drag and Kathy and Nancy were looking right at me I was dumbfounded and they said you must change your quit date and start Day ONE again but whew thankfully it was only a Smokemare!!!! oh by the way we were at a beach somewhere Kathy and Nancy were sitting at a patio table with an umbrella and I was sitting on a lounge chair strange eh? For me this smokemare reminded me of why I push vigilance because our lives literally depends on us to stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever because S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option - as Dale says - keep them away from your face. Here's a pic of my dog Sam's run this morning, I got to do some more shoveling in a bit hummmmm I wonder why I was on a beach in my smokemare hummmmm!
