Life is way too short so we must look after ourselves because if we don't no one else can do it for us! Quitting smoking was the best decision that I've made in my life because it's given me a life of Freedom and more quality time with family especially the grandchildren which is my bright spot in life, quitting smoking is the best gift that anyone of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE and it's worth all of the withdrawals, moodswings and broken up sleep because once you get through those rough patches you'll realize that LIFE is soooooo much better without the crutch of cigarettes and once you stop and think about how many decades you smoked then it only stands to reason that it's bound to take time to relearn life without the cigarettes because every blessed thing we did was wrapped around the smokes so chin up and know that you can make it through to a good place in your quit but you must believe it and keep stacking your precious DOF....
