It's definetly snapping cold at -10 °F this morning but it's even more cold just across the border in Northern Maine brrrrr but I'm lucky because I don't have to go outside for anything including going out in the frigid temps to suck on a cancer stick because I don't do that anymore because 1,269 days ago I finally wised up and threw the yuckies (cigarettes) away was it easy?HELL NO! But was it worth it? HELL YES! I was willing, determined and totally committed to succeed and by reading everything I could about quitting smoking and remaining quit right here on this site strengthened my resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb and start living a life of Freedom so quit if you haven't yet, hang on tight if you're struggling and know that we're here for you and that everyone has to get through the rough patches to get into that good place in theirqut but it's bound to take time to get there because after 30, 40 or 50 yrs of smoking it only stands to reason that it's going to take time to get through the rough patches and to relearn life without the crutch of cigarettes but it's very Doable and very worth it to be Free so hang tough because there's definetly Life after Cigarettes but you must believe it and keep stacking your precious DOF - Days Of Freedom with N.O.P.E - Not One  Puff Ever and vigilance because - S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option .

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
