I feel It's Extremely important to be EXtra vigilant No Matter If we're on Day WON or Day 1,001 because the closer we get to the Christmas Holidays with all of the Hustle and Bustle of the Season people allow themselves to get stressed out thinking everything has to be Just So Perfect and the Meaning of Christmas gets lost and for us EXers striving to get things done can cause cravings and rough patches so we need to have our guard up and say right out loud that we are EXers so we don't do that anymore and I know for me the last couple of Christmases I do what I can without causing unnecessary stress and or pain to my arthritic hands and just about everywhere else in my body, now I can enjoy the festivities with my family and friends without the stress and pain so do what you can and enjoy the Reason for the Season and protecting yours and my precious quit  is Vital to our health and Well-being and this is all in my humble opinion all I want is for everyone to quit and stay quit while going about life's ups and downs of every day living so stick N.O.P.E. - Not One Puff Ever  And enjoy the Season.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
