With hubby doing the stirring for me I just kneaded down a batch of bread which should be all cooked by lunch time, my batches are quite big we usually get 13 loaves and a small pan of rolls so every 8 to 10 days it's bread making time I try to wait until the wk ends because like most of us that's getting older I just turned 58 and full of arthritis just about everywhere but my hands are the worst especially my thumbs so I like hubby helping, people say get a bread machine, I say I'd wear them out too fast! We don't buy store bought bread at all Mark won't eat it and neither would Mason here at Gram & Gramps   I'm rambling sorry about that. Quit Smoking if you haven't yet educate yourself by reading about this addiction because there's a wealth of information to strenghten your resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb permanetly and if you're struggling hang on tight and don't let go until you get through the rough patches, stay close, blog help read Dale's page concerning the1st 4 months of quitting, I read his page every time I hit a rough patch plus I blogged and there was always someone here to help so keep stacking up your Days WON. I love being able to have a few sips of coffee and being able to function like putting on a batch of bread because when I was a smoker 1,238  days ago I NEEDED 3 or 4 coffee and 5 or 6 cigarettes to get my butt moving but not anymore and it's been this way for a long, long time and it's totally awesome. There's life after cigarettes and it's there for the taking you just got to reach out and grab it and don't let go until you come out the other side smiling because quitting smoking is a choice so choose life and hopefully EXtend your quality of life by a few years that's my wish for all of us to take back our lives and enjoy living to the fullest as Exers because life is Grand without a cigarette in hand.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
