There's only 1 more Hump Day in November next week and yikes a week from Friday is December 1st but whoa I'm getting way ahead of myself because first things first because today's Hump Day is my American Friends pre Thanksgiving which I bet is a busy day for most of you getting ready for tomorrow's festivities and a huge Thanksgiving spread. Our Thanksgiving here in Canada was back on the 9th of October but I try to be thankful each day for the many blessings that I'm given. So Happy Pre Thanksgiving to each of you and please be EXtra Vigilant and protect your precious quits, as long as all of us Exers stick with N.O.P.E. then we'll continue stacking up our Days WON. 
because our quits is definetly one thing that we are Thankful for.....
