it's also alot less hectic not needing smoke breaks every 20 minutes to go outside to suck on a disgusting cancer stick and nearly horking up a lung or possibly both so I'm so thankful that I finally wised up and took back my life while I still could and my prayers are for every smoking person in the world to educate themselves on quitting smoking and Remaining Quit because us Exers are living proof that it's Doable and I want everyone to realize how much better life is without the crutch of smoking and I'd absolutely love to see every tobacco company shut down so Lord willing more and more people will come and join the ranks of an Ex Smoker because there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's yours for the taking but you must stick with your quit and keep stacking up those precious Days WON.  We're not going to crazy with a bunch of desserts this Thanksgiving we're just going to have apple pie but for the main course we'll have potatoes, dressing, carrots, peas, squash, yellow beans and beets all from the garden and we prefer chicken instead of turkey and we love ham so I'm thankful for a roof over my head lots of food and drinking water and of course family and friends and all of you my Ex family and life really does get better and better with time under your belt so chin to anyone struggling and hang on tight and don't let go until you come out the other side smiling.  I need one more coffee then it's time to get a few things done before church and I'm also very thankful for coffee, yay caffeine and yay for smokefree living.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
