Life is Precious so we must protect it with everything in us and take the best possible care of ourselves that we can so we can be around to enjoy life with our family and friends and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for your health, your quality of life and breathing is essential to living, I quit smoking because I didn't want to end up on oxygen 7/24 or worse die a slow painful death which would most likely be smoking related, I gave the cancer sticks 40 yrs of my life and that was enough so with vigilance I'll keep stacking up those precious DOF, I believe I have 1,169 days of Freedom and I'm definitely smiling because I'm reaping the benefits of an Ex Smoker.  quitting Smoking is definitely difficult to say the least but it's absolutely Doable and and definitely worth it to be FREE!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
