Since I had to retire from the work force several yrs ago every day is Hump Day just like the wk ends really doesn't mean much anymore but that's A ok with me because I definitely keep busy but I sure miss the paychecks because I'd love to help my husband get the debt down faster but I can only do what I can do but I did quit smoking 1,129 glorious days ago and saved a pile of money by not sucking on the cancer sticks and hopefully I will enjoy a few EXtra years of life! - N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever along with vigilance because S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option got me to where I am today and I learned these awesome mantras right here in this community, I have a hard time with H. A. L. T - Hunger, Anger, Lonely, Tired and I think it was Ellen that mentioned the other day that it should have an S added and I think she's right - S - Sad - Looking after ourselves is key to a successful smokefree life......
