I quit smoking only after finding out that I have mild copd, my husband quit 2 and a half months sooner than I did because of mild emphysema that showed up in a catscan but at that point I thought I was fine we always smoked outside so I thought I'd smoke away from him even though he could smell the stench on me but he worked away most of the time traveling putting up tarp buildings with 3 other workers he was the only non Smoker but at least they didn't smoke in the truck, he had 3 yrs in April 25th yay. Our health was our motivator, take a good look at this pic because relaxation is fantastic but none of us are ready for that to be permanent at six feet under, quit now and start reaping the benefits of an Ex Smoker. Quitting smoking is definitely difficult to say the least but it's absolutely Doable and and definitely worth it, it's way past time to bite the bullet and stop playing Russian Roulette with your life! Life is way too short to knowingly continue to slowly kill yourself so quit now and stay quit  stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance while going about your daily lives.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
