Life as an Exer keeps getting better and better!

Brrrrrrrr it's 40 degrees outside and 61 degrees in my house but the sun is out and hopefully will hurry up and warm it up in here, it's abnormally cold for it being June 6th, it was a long winter and a cold Spring but hey I'm hoping for a great Summer and the weather is saying that I just might get some heat but even if Summer is crappy which I hope it's not, I won't smoke over it or anything else because I'm in a great place in my quit and I love being an Exer and as long as I and all of you don't get complacent in our precious quit and remain vigilant while going about our daily lives then we can't fail. Our lives literally depends on us to protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE and in order to keep it we need to stick with N.O.P.E  - Not One Puff Ever  - because - S.I.N.A.O  - Smoking Is Not An Option. Chin up and grab on tight and don't let go until you come out the other side smiling but unfortunately you must go through the ups and downs of withdrawals and mood swings to get to that good place but if you think about it you'll realize that after decades upon decades upon decades upon decades of smoking that it's bound to take some time to relearn different ways of dealing with life's issues without the cigarettes so give it 3 months or even 4 months and you'll see for yourself how much better your life is but you don't have to believe me stick with your quit and prove it for yourself. I'm taking pics from my Samsung Galaxy tab E,  my Samsung Galaxy 3 quit on me a few months ago but my son decided to set it back to factory settings quite awhile ago so My husbands been watching YouTube and enjoying music videos or whatever and Mason enjoys games but I thought I'd set up Pinterest and post pics from there to here because I haven't figured out how to post from the Web yet but I wanted to post pics and like in most things in life including quitting smoking if there's a will there's a way, wishing you a hasslefree, stressfree but most importantly a smokefree day. 14967496160721748306537.jpg

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
