Most of you know who Mason is but there's quite a few new quitters here so I'll tell you that he's my youngest grandson, he's my daughter Mandy's one and only child and he's 8 yrs old and I've watched him lots since he's been a newborn. Besides my health and finding out that I have mild copd it's the grandchildren that helps me stay grounded in my quit, my oldest grandson Adam is my sons but he hasn't been with the mother since before he was 2 yrs old and now he's 13 but we do get to see him every two weeks and our step granddaughter Emma is 14, we also get to see her when we see Adam but Mason is here the most and actually spent the night last night and is still sleeping, he will be here for the day, he'll be back again tomorrow for the day and after school Monday for awhile and gramp & I love having him and he loves being here but before long like the other grandchildren he won't want to hang out with the old foggies so we'll take him as long as he wants to come and enjoy every moment of it and the best part of it is that cigarettes isn't a part of our visits because I don't do that anymore, I'm one of those people who say, YAY FOR ANOTHER DAY WON I'm also what you would call a Happy QUITTER and I have been for a long time, remember why you quit and stand firm and keep stacking up your precious smoke free days, there's definitely life after cigarettes and with the right mindset we can do just about anything we put our minds to so chin up and grab onto the best gift that you or anyone of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE! And let's nurture it and protect it and never ever take it for granted, vigilance is the key to a successful life of Freedom! - Not One Puff Ever - will give us a beautiful smoke free life because S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option, our lives literally depends on us remaining quit!
