The older we get the more we realize that we need to take better care of ourselves by eating healthier, exercising more, less alcohol if you drink but smoking should be at the top of that list because smoking can and does cause so many health issues which causes a slow painful death most of us probably know family and or friends with smoking related illnesses and have been to a few funerals which smoking could've played a part in the death. I know for me that my health was the main reason that I decided to quit smoking and Remain quit and this site was a huge help to get me through those roller coaster ups and downs to get to that good place in my quit which turned me into a Very Happy Quitter,there's definitely life after cigarettes so reach out and grab it and don't let go of the best gift that you'll ever give yourself, it's yours for the taking but you must stick with your quit and keep stacking up those splendiforous Smoke free days, quitting smoking is difficult to say the least but it's absolutely Doable but anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list. It's way past time to bite the bullet and stop playing Russian Roulette with your life, believe in yourself, be willing, determined and totally committed to succeed and you can and will be successful one precious smoke free day at a time.
