Wishing all of us a hasslefree, stressfree but most importantly a smokefree day, be sure to protect your quit with your life because your life is literally depending on you to quit smoking and Remain quit, it's not easy by any stretch of the imagination but I know it's doable because I did it after 40 yrs of slavery to the disgusting Cancer Sticks and smoking roughly 30 cigs a day, I remember only too well the first days & wks of my quit and it certainly was challenging and at times almost overpowering notice I said almost but thankfully I made it through with the help from the awesome people here that talked me through the rough patches ,chin up and keep plowing forward stacking up those precious smoke free days because none of us Exers want another Day ONE not when we can keep having Days WON! N.O.P.E really works when applied on a daily basis.......
