Share your quitting journey
I feel like I've been on a three wk drunk and smoked a half dozen cartons of cigarettes but thankfully I don't do either anymore, Dad is finally in his new apartment now, I'll probably help him sort things out and help him unpack but not today, I'm taking a ME day which I find important to stay grounded and by destressing and relaxing keeps me focused on the good things in life. We must always take care of ourselves especially since we're Ex Smokers I find it even more important to protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE! - H. A. L. T. Hunger, Anger, Lonely, Tired - it's not always easy but we must do our best to take the best care of ourselves as we can because our quits are depending on us to remain quit! One precious smoke free day at a time will give us a beautiful smoke free life!
