I've done everything there is to do for my Dad and his move, I stayed into the early evening last night while a load of the bigger stuff was taken to the apartment by a nephew and great nephew, they'll finish moving him today and tomorrow a neice and her husband can help him unpack. Yesterday was tough, everything I said or did was wrong according to Dad but then he'd realize that I was right but he wouldn't admit it but he's exhausted I know am and every part of me is hurting because I tried to do the heavy stuff so my 80 yr old Dad wouldn't have to but the sad part is we didn't have to rush because he doesn't actually have to be out until the 19th but it's alright, thankfully smoking isn't even a blimp on my radar or I'd be smoking my brains out but then I'd be horking up a lung or maybe both so I'm Extremely happy to be an Exer. My nephew was smoking yesterday in between loading Dad's half ton but no urge for me which is great, be sure to protect your quit with your life because your life is literally depending on it , stay away from the yackies (cigarettes) get through the rough patches and reap the benefits of an Ex Smoker.
