I still smile when I check my quit stat and realize how far I've come since July 14th 2014 but I honestly don't know if I'd still be quit if I hadn't let myself be known on the 18th day of my quit but thankfully I did and you helped me through, if you are struggling please don't throw your hands up in the air and quit! Instead stand tall, chin up and if need be get on site and blog HELP and someone will get you through the rough patch, hang on tight to the best gift that you or anyone of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE! I'm going to check out some blogs and comments while I finish my coffee then I'm heading back to my Dad's .
