Share your quitting journey
I hope everyone had a decent wk end if you're reading this and are in the first few days or wks of your quit and are struggling with craves and mood swings, hang tough and chin up because each day you get through should get a little easier besides if you stop to think about how many decades you smoked then it only stands to reason that it's going to take time to relearn different ways of dealing with life's issues without the crutch of smoking but it really does get easier and easier as time goes by but unfortunately you must go through the roller coaster ups and downs first, so don't give up on the best gift that you'll ever give yourself which is the gift of LIFE! I remember some hair pulling craves in my early wks which was almost overpowering notice I said almost but thankfully I held on tight to my quit because I read enough here on this site that strengthened my resolve to stay quit no matter what because I had a choice to smoke or not and I chose NOT and so can you! Quitting smoking is definitely difficult, I remember only too well how difficult but I got through and so will you but you must want it and you need to believe that you can and will be successful one precious smoke free day at a time, boy oh boy it's absolutely Doable and and definitely worth it all to be able to go anywhere, anytime, whenever, wherever and however without wondering where to sneak off to suck on a disgusting cancer stick, chin up because it's time to take back your life while you're still vertical and start living a life of Freedom!
