It's 2.30 Atlantic time and the sun is shining today, I'm just getting home from my sister in law's we had a great time catching up with each other, we never get the chance to talk with just the two of us. Mason will be here shortly but I wanted to stop by and say hello to all of you my friends and fellow Exers  be sure to protect your quit no matter what is happening in life because we only want DAYS WON not DAY ONES, our health and well being depends on us to remain quit so do whatever is necessary to be FREE.  XOXO quitting smoking is definitely difficult to say the least but it's absolutely Doable and so very worth it!
