Share your quitting journey
It's a dark, dank, dreary, dismal, drizzly drag my butt kind of day but that's A ok by me, I got Mason up and ready for school and hubby took him on his way to work so now whew I can relax with my third and final coffee with you my friends and fellow Exers, I hope everyone had a hasslefree, stressfree but most importantly smokefree wk end, winters seem to be never ending for me but Spring, Summer and Fall seems to disappear in a blink of an eye so I'm so ready for some gorgeous weather. Mason is getting off the bus here this afternoon and spending the night again and we'll get him off to school again tomorrow , his mom my daughter Mandy will pick him up after she's done work tomorrow evening, life's busy but that's a good thing and it's especially good in the first few days, wks and months of quitting smoking, I found for me keeping my mind as well as my hands occupied really helped plus when a horrendous craving came up I'd give my head a couple of shakes and say I don't do that anymore, that's a great saying which I got from Dale because if we're Exers than we definitely don't smoke anymore, we all can deal with life on life's terms without the crutch of smoking but unfortunately it takes time to relearn different ways of dealing with life's issues but you can do it and I can tell you from EXperince that it's so worth it to be Free, so keep moving forward stacking up those precious smoke free days hang on tight to your quit because there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's yours for the taking reach out and grab it and don't let go until you get through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and mood swings to come out the other side smiling.
