We've got the sunshine this morning but it was only 29°F first thing and the house was only 56 brrrrrr because we didn't bother starting a fire last night but hubby wasn't long getting one going this morning. I got to call over and see if my oldest grandson Adam still wants to come for the day, he's 13 now and hasn't been coming as regular and he's also got a girlfriend wow. Mason will be here this afternoon and overnight and we'll get him to school and he'll be staying tomorrow night as well and getting off the bus here Tuesday, he's 8 but still loves being here so we're going to enjoy every moment we can while we can and I'm soooooooo happy that I finally wised up and took back my life so I can enjoy life with the grandchildren and not waste their visits by standing outside sucking on a cancer stick, life is way too short to knowingly continue to slowly kill ourselves so if you are reading this and haven't quit smoking yet now is the time to bite the bullet and stop playing Russian Roulette with your life read everything you can about quitting smoking and Remaining Quit because there's a wealth of information here to strengthen your resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb, quitting  smoking is definitely difficult but very Doable and worth it all to be FREE so grab on tight and don't let go until you get through the rough patches then you will realize that there's life after cigarettes and it's super fantastic each day you get through is another day WON! N.O.P.E really works when applied on a daily basis along with vigilance! One precious smoke free day at a time will give you a beautiful smoke free life........

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
