my husband Mark likes it when Wednesdays roll away and by the way he was very appreciative of the congrats that some of you gave him yesterday on my morning blog on his 3 yrs of smoke free living. Spring has definitely Sprung here in the Maritimes it rained all night and it's going to rain all day and into the night but that's A OK because it's going to get rid of the little bit of scuzzy snowbanks that's left as well as the snow in the woods yay! Whether we're happy, sad, stressed, angry, perplexed or whatever else we may be feeling just remember that you don't smoke anymore , life and emotions happen whether we smoke or not so let's always choose to protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE!
