Today my husband Mark has 3 glorious yrs in since quitting smoking after 42 yrs of being a slave to the disgusting Cancer Sticks he knew it was time he coughed so much for the last couple of yrs , sometimes at night he coughed so hard that I'd wait for him to catch his breath before I could try and get back to sleep. He quit for health reasons even before he found out he has mild emphysema he didn't like the cough and knew he needed to quit, it sure wasn't easy for him or for me 2 and a half months later or for anyone on this site or in this world but it's definitely Doable and worth it all to be FREE if anyone of us wants something bad enough then we'll put the time and effort into it until we get it and that's how we went after our quits because we wanted it more than anything else on the face of this earth so we went after it and grabbed on tight and didn't let go until we knew that we were through the roughest patches and we knew we were winning the war against the nicotine poison not just the battle but the war, remember that Freedom is yours for the taking reach out and grab it and don't let go being Smoke Free is the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
