I hope everyone made it through the Easter weekend with more Days WON and this evening will be adding another on or maybe it's someone's 1st Day WON but whatever day you are on just know that Quitting Smoking so very Doable but also very frustrating and definitely hair pulling at times believe me when I say I had some major cravings in the first few days, wks and even into the first couple of months where one minute I might be laughing and the next I would be blatting like a baby nobody wanted to be around me and never thought I'd actually quit smoking because of so many failed attempts at trying to quit, emphasis on trying because this time I was prepared because of all the reading getting educated on this horrid tobacco addiction and from all of the reading here I learned how to kick the nicotine poison to the curb and how to leave it there forever and I learned that my half dozen failed attempts in the past failed because I wasn't willing, determined or totally committed to go through the rough patches that I was probably looking for an excuse to fail but not this time. This site showed me how to believe in myself and how to be successful one precious smoke free day at a time so chin up,hang on tight, keep moving forward and stacking up those splendiforous DOF!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
