I'm on my 992nd day of this glorious journey of my most precious gift that I've ever or ever will give myself and that is my quit and that's definitely not an April Fools joke my friends or fellow Exers and there's many many more Exers here that have many yrs under their belts and there's many that are just starting this wonderful journey and then there's those folks that are on the fence debating whether to quit or not and I say read everything you can about quitting smoking and Remaining Quit because there's a wealth of information here to strengthen your resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb now is definitely the time to bite the bullet and stop playing Russian Roulette with your life because life is way too short to knowingly continue to slowly kill yourself so prepare yourself for Day One so at the end of your first day you can say YAY FOR DAY WON and start to stack up your spectacular days of Freedom. I never thought in a million years that I could quit smoking but I decided that I wanted to be vertical and live a life of Freedom, you must believe in yourself, be willing, determined and totally committed to succeed and you can and will be successful one precious smoke free day at a time, is it easy to quit?  HELL NO! But is it worth it?  HELL YES!  And with the right mindset we can do just about anything and quitting smoking is definitely at the top of the list so if you haven't quit yet come join the ranks of being an Ex Smoker and if you are having a rough patch please keep plowing forward because there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's super fantastic ,hang on tight Victory is around one of those corners up ahead and it's not that far off and that's also not an April Fools Joke! Life really does get easier and easier as time goes on but unfortunately you must go through the roller coaster ups and downs first to get to that good place in your quit.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
