Quitting Smoking should be our # 1 priority & remaining quit no matter what's happening in life is also Doable, I'm not saying that it's easy because I know through my own EXperience in the early wks & months of quitting how at times I wanted to scream and rip my hair out or tear someone's face off or get in the car and spin off to the grocery store & buy a carton of cigarettes instead of just a pk but thankfully I didn't because I promised myself the night before I quit that I'd never smoke another cigarette as long as I live and I don't break promises to anyone including myself and thankfully I got on site and someone got me through the rough patch, I wrote many blogs which helped strengthen my quit and there was always someone here to help me if I was having a rough time, I stayed close and if you are on the roller coaster of ups & downs of withdrawals and mood swings i hope you can stay close to blog, comment, read and believing in yourself, being willing, determined & being totally committed to succeed along with N.O.P.E Not One Puff Ever - then there's no way that you can Fail! but you must stick with your quit and get through whatever cravings and whatever else you need to go through to get to that good place in your quit and I can tell you from EXperince it's worth it all to be FREE!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
