This is March 29th but looking out my window this morning it looks more like Christmas but it's mild at 32°F or 0 °Celsius and it's supposed to warm up and actually feel like Spring by the wk end so that makes me happy, I'm impatiently waiting for all of this snow to melt away but you know, I won't smoke over the crappy white stuff, I learned a few mantras here and I live by N.O.P.E  - Not One Puff Ever  - because  S. I.N.A.O  -  Smoking Is Not An Option  - and if you've been quit awhile - N.E.F  - Never Ever Forget  - Never Ever Forget the early days and wks of Quitting Smoking  - Ugggggggggh  going back to Day One would really Suck Big Time because we all want only Days WON which as long as we remain Vigilant while enjoying our lives and living by N.O.P.E then there's no way that we can Fail, let's keep our hard earned quits our # 1 priority because our lives literally depends on us protecting the best gift that we've ever given ourselves which is the gift of LIFE! - H. A. L. T  - Hunger, Anger, Lonely, Tired - let's take good care of ourselves! Here's my 13 yr old Samantha Digger Jane Hartley this morning, she's enjoying being outside in her run, hurry up Spring! I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
