It's another cold morning but the sun is shining so yay for that plus it's the calm before the Noreaster that's coming through tomorrow afternoon into Wednesday my region is predicted to get 45 cm or 18 inches of the white crap with blizzard conditions . Oh well I'll call it the St Patrick's day storm a couple of days early I know Spring is coming eventually plus it's only March and I most definitely won't smoke over the weather or anything else, I still got the cold bug that hubby passed onto me so I plan on staying in and taking it easy again today, I'll wish each of you my friends and fellow Exers a hasslefree, stressfree and most importantly a smokefree day, if you are having a rough patch stay close to this site and blog HELP and someone will be along to help you through it, keep your mind as well as your hands occupied and say right out loud that you don't smoke anymore. I got into a few heated arguments with myself in the first few wks of quitting smoking I'd get stressed out about something and I'd say wouldn't a smoke be great right now and I'd give my head several shakes and say that I don't smoke anymore and continue on with whatever I was doing I got through it and you can too, life really does get easier and easier with time but you must stick with your quit and get through the roller coaster ups and downs first but boy oh boy it's absolutely Doable and absolutely worth it to be FREE!
