These last few wks few wks have been busy with finally getting some tests done that I've been waiting for, I've seen the neurologist on the 28th besides telling me that I need back surgery and setting me up to see a neuro surgeon he also checked on my doppler corartid ultrasound and set up a CT angiagram to check the blood vessels in my neck and head  which I'm getting done on Tues the 14th next week which shocked me because that was quick, I've been waiting for an MRI for my neck since Sept, I live 20 minutes from the hospital, I got a call at 2 o'clock yesterday asking if I could be there for 2:30, thankfully I didn't have Mason so I said yes and got the car out of the garage and did a little speeding but got it done and I can say with a huge smile that smoking isn't even a blimp on my radar and if you are having a difficult time with your quit take a deep breath and know that you can and will be successful one precious smoke free day at a time. I wasted 40 yrs on the crutch but I am so happy that I finally wised up and am living a life of Freedom now because the older I get the more I am thankful that I know longer am a slave to the disgusting Cancer Sticks, I am FREE to go anywhere, anytime, whenever, wherever and however without wondering where to sneak off to suck on a smoke, hold on tight to the best gift that you will ever give yourself which is the gift of life! Let's never become lazy and complacent and take our precious quit for granted instead let's always remain Vigilant while enjoying our Forever Quits! FB_IMG_1485523215403.jpg

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
