It's going to be another snapping cold day with extreme wind chills but that's alright, we're having a birthday party for both the grandsons this afternoon at the bowling alley Mason's mom my daughter and his Dad are looking after everything along with my son Adam's Dad and his fiance there's going to be quite a crowd I'm sure with Grecko Pizza and garlic fingers. I'm happy to be secure in my quit and not have to stand outside this afternoon sucking on a cancer stick with the 7 people who I know smoke including my daughter, my son quit 3 yrs ago this January, my husband will have 3 yrs in on April 25th and I'll have 3 yrs in the 14th of July. We can all say that Quitting Smoking was absolutely difficult to say the least but we can also say just how worth it was and is to be FREE and not have to stand out in the frigid Temps freezing our butts off to get that fix. We chose to take back our lives from the nicotine poison and so can you! Quitting smoking is a choice and so is remaining Quit, there's life after cigarettes and it's super fantastic but you must stick with your quit to be able to reap the benefits of an Ex Smoker.
