It's a drizzly, dark, drab, dreary, dank, drizzly day but it's 33 degrees and I'll take these mild Temps anytime it's sure easy on the wood pile, yesterday made it up to 51 and I loved being able to get outside in the afternoon. We'll be getting some above normal temps the next couple of days and I say YAY.  I wish everyone a wonderful day, I know we have some new folks here that's fairly new to your quit, stick with it even if you're in a rough patch and having a hard time with cravings because you will get through them and the longer you are quit the easier your days will get in the meantime keep your mind as well as your hands occupied and stick close to this site and know that you will succeed in this your precious ongoing beautiful quit. I wish everyone a lovely smoke free day and this evening when you're getting ready for bed you can look inthe mirror and smile and say YAY FOR ANOTHER DAY WON!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
