Stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever because it works and will give us a smoke free life when applied on a daily basis! It's definitely not easy to apply it in the first few days or possibly even wks but it's very Doable and so worth it to be FREE so hang on tight and keep moving forward and stacking up those precious DOF - Days Of Freedom because Life without the crutch of smoking will get better and better but you must hang tough and get through the rough patches first and then you can start reaping the benefits of an Ex Smoker.
