There's life after cigarettes!

There's definitely life after cigarettes but you must stick with your decision to quit and stay quit no matter what because smoking won't make one bit of difference in any situation. Chin up and hang tough, I used to believe that a smoke or two would calm my nerves or make a happy time even better but that's not true that was my additive mind playing tricks, in reality once you get past the initial ups and downs and have a few months under your belt you'll begin to realize that dealing with life on life's terms without the crutch of smoking is definitely super Fantastic but you have to relearn different ways of dealing with life's issues and that does take time but it's worth whatever you have to go through to get to that good place so grab on and hold on tight because each day you get through is another day WON! N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever  - works when applied on a daily basis  - because  - S.I.N.A.O. - Smoking Is Not An Option - if you have been quit awhile - N.E.F. - Never Ever Forget - the early days and wks of quitting because another day ONE would really suck big time. I have a really hard time with this but I'm trying to take better care of me. H.A.L.T.  - Hungry, Anger, lonely, tired. Taking better care of ourselves is helping to secure our success to a beautiful smoke free life!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
