Share your quitting journey
It's the first Sunday of February already, this is my daughter's hard work wk, switching from 1 in the afternoon until 11pm yesterday and today to 7 am tomorrow and Tuesday, Wednesday off then then afternoon's Thursday and Friday so I'll keep Mason overnight tonight and Thursday and we'll get him off to school. This shift only happens every three wks so I'm only watching him twice a week therest of the month, anyway my rambling is done other than quit smoking if you haven't already and if you have and are struggling, deep breathe and keep your chin up, keep your mind as well as your hands occupied, continue to read everything you can about quitting because there's a wealth of information here to strengthen your resolve to remain smoke free. There's definitely life after cigarettes and once you get through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and mood swings and whatever else you need to go through to get to that good place then and only then will you realize how much better life is without the crutch of the cancer sticks but unfortunately it takes some time to relearn different ways of dealing with life's issues without smoking but you can do it, remain willing, determined and 100 % committed because then you will begin to reap the benefits of an Ex Smoker and you'll understand what people like me have been saying because you'll know that life really does get easier and easier as time goes on and that life is grand without a cigarette in hand!
