I honestly can't remember the last time that a January went by so quickly for me but just a three hr drive away from me there's communities that are still without power from last Monday's ice storm which is so awful but Mother Nature can be so cantankerous and unfortunately we have no control over it what so ever but we most certainly do have control over whether we smoke or not and I choose NOT and I hope that everyone reading this either has quit or is picking their quit date and reading everything you can about quitting smoking and Remaining Quit because it's a choice and choosing to live a life without the crutch of cigarettes is the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves!
N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever - will give you a beautiful life of Freedom because - Smoking is not an option - and if you're struggling please think and N.E.F. - Never ever forget - the early days and wks of your quit because another day ONE would totally suck big time let's only have days WON because life will continue to get better and better as the days go by so keep moving forward and stacking up those precious smoke free days.....
