Share your quitting journey
It's been a long week for many of us trying to figure out this new format plus life keeps happening of course, I mentioned earlier in the wk that my Mom passed five years ago, this past Monday would have been her 77th birthday and in the wee hours of this past Wednesday she passed and today's date was the funeral which is my Mother in law's birthday plus one of my neices. I've kept in closer contact with my Dad this week, we spent the day together Monday and went to the rehabilitation hospital to see my sister who by the way she can come home next Friday yay, mind you she'll have Red Cross workers 7 days a wk for a couple of hrs morning and evening but yay she's doing fantastic. Life happens whether we smoke or not and I happily choose NOT and so can YOU, life isn't easy but we can CHOOSE to take it back because our lives literally depends on us to take care of ourselves and quit sucking on the poison Cancer Sticks but the bottom line is it's an individuals choice whether to smoke or not and I hope it's NOT, Quitting Smoking is definitely Doable !
