Amazed at how much this community has helped!! Loving all the positivity!!    I miss that in this world we live in. I’m still going strong without that tobacco stick in my mouth!      And believe it or not I’m diggin the calmness that has come over me. The patch is saving me from major cravings and I’m able to enjoy life more without being tied to my smokes and lighter wherever I go. Freedom is beautiful!! ❤️ Went out with my husband and some friends last night and had a few drinks. No cigarettes...no problem. I never dreamed I could be this strong. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! For this community!! Peace Love and Smoke Free peeps!!
