Change is hard , but sometimes it's leads to BETTER things . I try to remind myself of that .

Quitting smoking has MANY changes in lifestyle . You really have to be comfortable feeling uncomfortable a while. Instead of smoking , choose not to .  You WILL do something different . That something different may be the GIFT you've been looking for , or that PURPOSE you've been looking for all your life . 

 

Pretend there are no such things ! Do something better .
