As time goes on you start to notice the little things , like your hair smells better, maybe even grows faster . Your fingers and nails are no longer yellow and your clothes don't smell .
As time goes on you begin to get ah ha moments when you forget for a split second about quitting OR smoking .
As time goes on you notice it gets easier not to think about smoking , and the days go by faster .
As time goes on you aren't as angry , or teary , or sad .
As time goes on you begin to feel more youthful , you feel better , you look better and your confidence has improved .
As time goes on the days and weeks go by now and you that haven't thought about smoking .
As time goes on you may be reminded (just to be sure ) to always be prepared for the unexpected .
As time goes on all the tools and education you gathered here , are easily remembered when most needed .
