Just joined quit net after looking for a quit coach for my goal to quit smoking cigarettes and rolling tobacco. I am nervous because I have been a smoker for over 10 years now, and I miss the more cardiovascularly in-shape person I used to be. A bigger reason I feel nervous is because I live in a very crowded building where the community is very loud and has a lot of triggers. I am frustrated that teenagers trying to get cigarettes from me as well as their parents, and I think that giving up my smoking habit would make it a little easier to avoid people who have more severe addictions but also smoke cigarettes. My biggest reasons for wanting to quit smoking is my health and appearence, to support my fiancé in decision to quit smoking, and to make sire that our children have a better liklihood of avoiding tobacco addiction when they are older. I live in a hot place with no air conditioning, so I'm sure ice water will figure into this plan somewhere. My quit date is January 1st, 2020. Happy Holidays.
